The Berla Mundi Foundation is a charity organization owned and run by broadcast journalist, Berla Mundi.

The foundation was set up to cater to and educate underprivileged children in society, by providing convenient conditions for learning through the donation of educational materials, sporting and educational activities and more for school-going children.

According to UNICEF, in spite of the progress Ghana has made in improving access to education for all, there are still challenges preventing thousands of children from going to school and learning. The school environment is usually not conducive to learning. Classes are overcrowded, water and sanitation facilities are inadequate and trained teachers and school books are in short supply. The poor quality of education is reflected in students’ results. Children living with disabilities face even more challenges and adolescent girls are often denied the chance to complete secondary education.

As a result, Berla Mundi Foundation is focused on contributing its quota to bridge the gap between children and quality education in tandem with the SDGs Goal 4 which seeks to provide quality education for all by 2030.

It is aimed at creating compelling pan-African content for young adults on a global scale, as well as providing public relations consultancy for individual and corporate entities.

This company began it’s operations with the organization of a successful empowerment clinic: ‘B.YOU By Berla Mundi’ in 2018, that selected and mentored thirty (30) female Ghanaian tertiary students, with some securing internships with some media firms including:
